What it powers

Enrichment columns in Tables

An enrichment column maps a provider's inputs, such as a LinkedIn URL, to columns in your table, and each result you pick becomes a column.

  • Find emails and phones

Work emails, personal emails and mobile numbers from a name and domain or a LinkedIn URL, depending on the provider.
  • Verify addresses

Dedicated verifiers (MillionVerifier, ZeroBounce) and verify actions on providers such as Hunter and Findymail return status and flags.
  • Enrich people and companies

Job title, company, location, industry and employee count, and for some providers revenue, technologies or signals.
  • Company and traffic data

Similarweb and Semrush return traffic and technology data for a company website.

What you need

An account with each provider you want to use

  • An account with the provider, with API access on your plan with that provider.
  • The owner or admin role in AgentSDR to add the account. The form lives inside Tables, not in Settings. Members can then use the account in their columns.
  • About five minutes per provider.

Setup

Add an account from inside a table

The short version. The documentation lists where each provider keeps its API key.

  1. 01

    Get the API key

Copy it from the provider's dashboard, straight away if the provider shows it only once.
  2. 02

    Open the catalog

In a table, click Actions, then Add enrichment. Connected providers show a green dot.
  3. 03

    Add the account

Choose the provider, click Add account, name it and paste the credential. AgentSDR checks it with a live call before saving.
  4. 04

    Test on ten rows

Add one of its actions and click Save & run 10 rows to see real results before you run the whole table.

Security and data

Your accounts, your credits, no fallback

Each connection belongs to your organization and uses your own account with the vendor.

  • Encrypted at rest

Saved credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using your instance's INTEGRATION_CREDENTIALS_KEY and are never sent back to the browser. Leave a secret field blank when editing to keep the saved value.
  • Verified before saving

Each credential is checked with one live call before it is saved. If the check fails, nothing is stored and the form shows the reason.
  • Credits are billed by the vendor

Each run spends credits on your own account with that provider. AgentSDR adds no markup and shows no per-run price. Test a column on 10 rows before running a whole table.
  • No automatic rotation

You can add several accounts for one provider, and each column keeps its own choice. A column uses the account you selected and does not fall back to another account or provider.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Which enrichment providers does AgentSDR support?

Fifteen: Apollo.io, Cleanlist, ContactOut, Findymail, FullEnrich, Hunter, Icypeas, LeadMagic, Lusha, MillionVerifier, RocketReach, Semrush, Similarweb, Snov.io and ZeroBounce.

Do I need an account with each provider?

Yes. You connect your own account with each provider you want to use, and it needs API access on your plan with that provider. AgentSDR has no shared provider keys.

Who can add a provider account?

Owners and admins. The form lives inside Tables, under Actions and Add enrichment, rather than in Settings. Members can then use the accounts in their own columns.

Who pays for enrichment?

You do, on your own account with each provider. Each run spends that provider's credits or units. AgentSDR adds no markup, does not convert credits to money and shows no per-run price.

Can I connect two accounts for the same provider?

Yes, for example one per client or per plan. Each enrichment column keeps its own account choice. There is no automatic rotation or fallback.

Why does a cell say Waiting for provider?

Providers that work asynchronously, such as FullEnrich and RocketReach, return results after a delay. The cell shows Waiting for provider until the result arrives.

Enrich with the providers you already pay for

Connect your accounts inside Tables and run each provider once per row.
